I have enjoyed Mailchimp for WordPress for a long time and upgraded to the Premium version very soon after trying it. That was a good idea. I never had need for support but when I did make a mistake the support team came to the “rescue” fast and with a smile.

While I’ll admit there are other plugins out there that provide a similar feature set, it’s hard to deny that these are the best people for support. I had a format issue between my theme and their widget code. My problem was outside the scope of what their support covers but they still helped me out a lot. I love the results of their solution and I’m thankful they went out of their way for me.
